I’m curious since everyone is freaking out about Halo vs other games…
But I don’t think there is an exclusive title thats beating Halo in numbers…
Halo is still top dog for Xbox…
Comparing it to multiplatform games is unfair…No exclusive now days will beat a multiplat in popularity…
Even Uncharted or whatever is #1 on PS4 will have way less players than a 3rd party multiplayer game…
I don’t see Halo being taken down as the #1 exclusive until Gears 4 which will also be beat by games like CoD but that will be short lived until the next Halo…
Also don’t forget that this Halo had the biggest launch in Halo history profit wise whether or not that was mostly game sales is debatable for sure but Microsoft making money off of Halo means it isn’t going anywhere anytime soon

When people compare Halo 5 to other games population, they’re comparing it to the populations on Xbox One. Halo 5 also has a MP mode that people use (unlike most exclusives) so that’s why it may be the most played exclusive right now (barely out doing Forza).
You should also know that that “biggest launch” included Halo 5 related hardware sales (which were never included in past announced profit totals, though still were counted internally), so even its profit isn’t as good as it seems. It was mostly worded a particular way for investors.

The thing about collections and remakes is, the casual gamer doesn’t really care about them. They care about the next installment in whatever franchsie they’re into. That leaves Halo and Forza this year and obviously racing games don’t reach as wide an audience as shooters. And Tomb Raider isn’t a real exclusive, it just came out on Xbone first.

MCC lasted longer in the top ten than Halo 5 (granted this was against a different set of games, mostly, GTAV, Minecraft, Destiny, a fifa game and a COD game all still remain the same).
More people bought an Xbone to play COD. That’s after a huge chunck of 360 players switched to PS4 and can still play COD.

I really don’t follow your logic here, if the # 1 exclusive is declining in quality and numbers with each release, how can it be considered the console seller. I bought my Xbox Ones for Titanfall and Destiny, and because I’ve never been much of a Sony man, 343 has no loyalty from me whatsoever.

How do you check the top 10 list? I looked for a little but I couldn’t find it.

It’s probably the only XBONE exclusive that anyone plays because it’s the only one anybody knows about. Rise of the Tomb Raider which was a XBONE exclusive had probably one of the worst launch days ever. The Folks over at xbox decided to release it the same day as FALLOUT 4. nice job.
