Is Halo 5 The First or Second Game of a Trilogy?

I remember around the time Halo 4 came out reading that Halo 4 is the first installment of the new “Reclaimer” trilogy, and then reading something about Halo 5 being the first installment in a new trilogy.

I’m a bit confused now on where Halo 4/5 stand in regards to the saga.
