Or just a small minority?
No way to tell really. Granted if you look online you would think that but keep in mind most of the time people will go online only to complain. For me H5 has improved with every update. What I hate is how with every update usually brings issues. Like with the over time up date on rare occasion after a game I will have a screen freezes for like 30 seconds or so and sometimes longer. 343 has yet to make a fully functional game on the Xbox one, granted I have yet to play Halo Wars 2 so maybe it does. What I want most for H6 is for it to function
percent and not have all these little glitches and bugs.
Nope, not even close…for me, we all have our own opinions
Personally this latest rebalance along with FINALLY! getting oddball has dragged me back into H5. I’m not smashing it like I used to but a few games a day at least.

Same for me for the most part. I really do like halo 5 but I would just like some improvements that really effect my gameplay. Heavy aim has plagued me for most of this games lifespan , hit detection and laggy servers can make this game feel like a bad game because it still happens often ( for me ) but when it works oh baby I love it . This is why things like sandbox updates annoy me as I would rather quality fixes and improvements on what’s there first because with every update the issues that has come has made the game almost unplayable. If it wasn’t a halo title I wouldn’t of stayed , I want to show my support , give me views and hope the collective voice of the community helps 343 to develop a stellar experience. I think there starting to get it and I HOPE halo 6 comes in perfect working order as I feel for a lot of people halo 6 will be a game that will either make or break the franchise !!!

I have to agree with that sentiment.
I’ve had mixed opinions about the whole Halo game, from the recent developments in storyline (Halo 4 and 5) to the gameplay in Halo 5. It’s had a lot of issues, more than I’ve read about most other games.
Has it improved for me? I think I’d say “meh” as it does have a different feel to it after the update, but improved? Not really sure.
Despite its issues and glitches I still find it a lot of fun and will likely keep playing just for that: The fun factor.
Improvements to the fun factor, nothing much else from what i notice. Right now they are fixing the small details from what i can see.
Halo has been the only game I’ve played. But after this update, tbh, I just downloaded and started playing Elder Scrolls…
So personally, this last update, the fact that a pistol can beat a rifle in a firefight (how does this logically make sense?), and the game freezing… I’m just taking a break from Halo, which sucks because Halo was the only reason I even play video games. Well now I have a Halo 5 xbox to play ESO. Yay…
Halo 5 did not improve for me.
I dunno.
I play the PC version of the game (uber stripped down version of the game that only includes Custom Games and Forge) and I can’t stand the movement systems in the game. For me, that’s the biggest issues that I have with Halo 5. I really hate how the game has moved from “pick up n’ play” to “practice for hours, and maybe we can play together”. For me, that’s the biggest bummer.
I haven’t noticed the weapon tuning, but if they made changes to the Assault Rifle so that it kills faster, I’ve for sure noticed that.
I feel like 343 is trying as hard as they can to improve the game, but with the entire community giving them hate isn’t going to help anything improve.

The problem is partially due to the divide in the way that players want the game to go, and the way that 343 wants it to go. Players want the game to do one of two things:
They want a return to Halo 3/Reach in terms of gameplay and map design, and others like the Halo 5 gameplay, but want it more refined. The abilities to work better.
The way that 343 wants it to go is just to change up weapon balance without addressing the issues regarding sprint, clamber and all the other issues that Halo 5 currently has. That’s the reason that everyone hates 343 right now.
Anyway. Halo 6 will either improve upon Halo 5 by refining the mechanics or revert to Halo 3 style of gameplay. Otherwise, it’ll be a failure.
