Is halo 5 going to have loadouts or is it just warzone, just to make sure 
You can choose loadout weapons in Warzone, but in Arena everyone starts with the same weapons, bar having different skins.

Warzone will feature a revamped loadout system that will require energy for using power weapons, power ups, armor mods and vehicles. Stronger, better mods, power ups/weapons and vehicles will require more energy, which can only be achieved by doing well in the match.
Arena will be like Halo 1-3, with just the new mechanics like Thruster, Clamber, Sliding and Ground Pound. Everyone will be the same there. The only thing you can change in arena will be what the skin of your starting weapons will look like.
Same for BTB when they release the gamemode.

As far as i know, warzone sort of has loadouts, and they are 100% NOT in arena. We have yet to see whether loadouts exists as custom options for arena gametypes, but are simply turned off in matchmaking, this would be ideal.
hope the add custom load outs getting fed up with using assualt rifle and magnum
