I am a huge fan of Halo and Halo 5 Guardians Beta was good, the lack of Elites tho was… Disappointing. Also, the Armor abilities make the game seem a little like Destiny in a way with the Dash Melee ability, in Destiny y that is a Titan upgrade. What I would like to see is playable Elites, I know they are in Halo MCC but Custom Games are still not very good. You can’t join in game sessions, I hope that will be fixed. I’ve aged Halo since Halo 2, and sadly Halo 5 Guardians doesn’t feel like Halo, it plays too much like something different. I know Halo is evolving but does it need these new abilities? Cause if Elites are playable how can they fight against the Spartans like that in Multiplayer. From the looks of Halo, it is not Halo. This game is changing too much, and I don’t like it. I want games to be like Halo 3 or Reach, but with some evolved things like how you could aim down sights in Halo 5 Beta. I love Halo, and I am big fan. But if Elites are being removed from multiplayer than you have taken a key thing of Halo Away. The gameplay is changing too much, and some bits feel like Destiny, and CoD. I like the aiming down sights, and the slide, but this sprint melee, and all these other things I’ve seen feel like Destiny. Is Halo 5 Even Halo? 343, read this and ask your self if it is, cause it doesn’t seem like Halo to me.

Firstly u said it ain’t halo too many times and secondly this is one problem u people have to get over yes i understand this is different from the halo games u grew up with but really this is a great change for halo and it feels amazing plus for elites u don’t have to have an elite in multiplayer for it too be good and in multiplayer elites are too different from what there supposed to be. Elites armour is supposed to have stronger shields and able to use active camo for a long period of time not too be just like spartans only different looking.
Simply put yes. Is it bungies halo? Nope. Is that a bad thing nope.

Really? because i couldn’t find any floaty gunplay, unbalanced MP, class based gameplay, blatant overpowering with auto shotguns, underpowered classes, boring grinding for gear, a blue guy that rips you off, laughable open worlds, or horribly used 500 million dollar budget in this game.
Halo is just changing, some things are good changes, some are bad, but it is still halo.
Does not feel anything like Halo. The only similar thing on MP is red vs blue, same starts and guns have the same names.
I want an Invasion type game mode in halo 5. Loved playing that in reach.

The only thing COD and halo are doing is copying different games that where and maybe are still a great success because 343 is running out of ideas so i doubt halo 5 is going to be different from Titanfall or COD advanced warfare or it’s just going to copy all of the games possible but we’ll never know until it’s released
It’s Halo but with a much different plot that may change the feel of Halo in terms of the new playable character who’s hunting The Masterchief. This also potentially means we will play less levels with The Masterchief because the new playable character will hog the spotlight and detract from the length of the campaign because it will be halved. With half the levels being reserved for the new playable character and the other reserved for John 117. So simplistic terms two short campaigns to make one whole marginally bigger campaign that will follow through on what Halo 2 accomplished. And that was not enough John 117 gameplay. I’ve never liked how you are jerked from one character’s story to another character’s story instead of following one character’s story without breaks. IT’s really immersion breaking, definitely when you prefer one character over the other. And one thing I don’t understand is why they are hunting John 117 making it seem as if he’s a fugitive or deserter when that goes drastically against his personality and values.
