Now that I’ve finished req’s and about 98% commendations, I find my drive to play Halo falling off. I bought the game the day after launch, and looking back the game was most fun when I was about halfway through silver reqs and was making commendation progress during every game. Once you get 1 or 2 variations of most reqs and knock out the reasonable commendations, the game loses something. When you finish ALL reqs and only have 5-6 commendations left, there is nothing new and nearly no progression. It seems to me Halo 5 and it’s req/commendation system max out fairly quickly, about 6-9 months. Will the core game play keep you folks around when you finish up? I have really enjoyed Halo 5 but find myself drifting to other games more and more. Did the req system set us up to be bored with halo after we finish?
When you finish all of the reqs and commendations, just spend the reqs like crazy. Don’t worry about losing them or getting them blown up, just carve a big path of destruction in Warzone.
