Hey, I’ve been away for a while and I just wanted to know if things have changed for the better (this question being directed, of course, towards the people who were unsatisfied with it before).
I know most of what was in the update so I don’t need information on that, I just want to know if any of it has improved the playability of the game.
Yeah they have changed it a lot but i still dont play. I watch the events still but until there is no sprint, descope and in game ranks i wont play it. It just makes me upset when i play. Kids sprinting away, not being able to challenge snipers and all the other -Yoink- mechanics that lower the skill gap. ughhhhhhhhhhhh! when i turn on my xbox now its to play blops2. If you had told me 5 years ago that cod would be more competitive and i would enjoy playing it more then halo, i would have laughed in your face, but alas it is the truth
We still have flinch where descoping should be, sprint, point streaks and AAs such as AC, JP and PV massively impacting how the game is played, perks creating imbalance, loadouts creating imbalance, crippling lag with no mention of search filters, making the game unplayable at times and instant respawn.
Though it would be unfair not to mention that there are playlists/gametypes where you can avoid everything except flinch where descoping should be, sprint and lag.

It would be difficult to add in coding for descope despite how many people want it without a full re-release and despite everything halo 4 is still way more competitive than cod my friend.
Halo 4 was never worth playing since launch. 343i decided to destroy Halo. Bungie was the one and only real developer. 343i is just a shadow that pretends to usurp Bungie (and they only care about $, by the way)

Wrong.
Bungie threw Halo into the wind.
They didn’t care about the quality.
Reach is proof of this.
And you’re wrong about 343.
I’ve never felt like my feedback meant anything until 343 came along.
Bungie lost my respect with Reach.
But 343 proves that they deserve my respect more and more with each update.

They update the game and interact with the community more which means they care less about money than bungie did. Halo being destroyed is just your opinion because it still seems very popular. To be perfectly honest bungie said that they wanted to add some of these things anyway. Bungie was cool but 343 is more for the community. Also the marketing is up to microsoft not them so if you complain about prices then dont buy stuff then.

Bungie did it, because they stopped making true Halo games since 3, that because our dear Microsoft started to milk the franchise, something Bungie didn’t want in first place (Halo Wars, anyone?).
Bungie supported their fanbase, while it belonged to it. Microsoft took that trust and turned it into pure bullcrap (you are the proof of it). I loved Halo because it was Halo, not an effort to earn money. Sorry, bro, but Bungie created Halo, so the true Halo will always be of Bungie.

If they wanted to end at halo 3 why did they put in a huge cliffhanger ending with requiem shown in the distance, yes Bungie did support their fanbase we’re not saying they didnt however 343 interacts and supports them more. The game was an actual effort to earn money even in bungies hands but neither Bungie or 343 care that much for money. Bungie still had the rights to halo when they made reach it wasnt is Microsoft’s hands fully and they wanted to give the community one last game which they did spec tactually with reach.
If you hate reach and halo 4 for being similar for the reason its not bungie then thats stupid since Bungie began to move halo in its current direction.
Microsoft handle the marketing so the pricing etc. is down to microsoft not 343 so you cant flame them for that.
At the moment I’m enjoying Halo 4 a lot and I would suggest you and everyone else to go snd try Halo 4 again. Dont quit after one match first get used to the new things and after playing 2 days make your decision. I love Halo 4 after everything 343 did to make it better and I got a feeling after all the feedback we gave 343 and all the comment from 343 I believe Halo 5 will be good.

It’s the one thing that I believe that many players lack. They for some odd reason most cannot find a way around a new situation and only complain about it, yet developing a counter for most situations is a huge thing in every other game, including the past Halo’s.
NO, reason is simple:
"NO players, constant LAG, campers, did i say NO PLAYERS, matchmaking need 10-20-30 min to find match, because there are no PLAYERS… In 6 mounts halo lost 90-95% of population…
