Is Halo 4 Dying Fast? Watch this!

Is Halo 4 Dying?? Untouchable Gameplay commentary!

No its not dying. I can still easly find full games.

> No its not dying. I can still easly find full games.

It is slowly dying, slowly.

Campaign and Spartan Ops are the best. Matchmaking is more comparable to Call of Duty now. Forge was a big let down and Theatre no longer allows you to record in Campaign and Spartan Ops. Yes, it is slowly dying.

That video is a load of crap!

‘amazing gameplays’
Of a guy sniper camping on complex in a CTF game?

all that is, is a -Yoink!- plug from a northern person who talks to much, trying to get his awful youtube channel to be more popular… we already have a home for halo gaming videos… and it Rooster teeth/Achievement Hunter.

So pathetic. I recommend everyone downvote the video.

It’s losing 100,000 players every week it’s been 3 weeks, and there’s 100,000 players left, in a week, it will be dead.

Nice logic there.

I can still play Halo 3. Soo I really think I can play this game 10 years in the future also. And no, it’s not dying. And I’m sure there will be lots after Christmass.

I was half serious. But seriousily it seems to lose 100,000 Matchmaking players every week. On release it started with 400,000, next week it was, 300,000, the week after that it’s 200,000, and now it’s 100,000.

Personally i think once the spec codes are released the numbers will go back up. I do wonder about the time after everyone hits their sr130. I hope they add some awesome armors that require lots of xp to get. If people cant continue to rank and work toward getting stuff then to be honest theys no need to keep playing it.

September '07, Halo 3 had 1.5 million player in matchmaking.

Halo is dead.

You need unlocks to be satisfied with the game?

H3 was one of the most successful MP games on XBOX. Not a lot of unlocks there.

If you’re only playing for swag, then you could spend the rest of your days playing games with different armor configs once they are all unlocked.

And I’m SURE you won’t have ALL your commendations finished by SR 130.

What happened to the days of playing a game for the pleasure of it? I don’t remember having to unlock fun anywhere…but I guess it needs a perk and an AA.

Then again, maybe fun IS unlocking stuff. If you spending 60 bucks (or more) to buy a game for the unlocks…just go take a bunch of your favorite stuff (smart phone, tablet, etc…and put them in a safe. Lock the safe.

Unlock anytime you wish.

Which reminds me. I have to unlock the ‘My two-year-old daughter is not crabby’ emotion perk today. She’s not a happy camper.

Too bad there’s not a game for that.

The problem is, Halo 4 only tells you how many people are in games at that time, it doesn’t tell you how many are sitting on the lobby. It also separates the MM and SO player numbers. Plus the game get’s up to 140k - 150k at peak hours. That’s pretty healthy population.

How do you keep Halo from dying?

Bring CSR and Clans back.

LOL, wha!?!

I didn’t watch the video (at work) so maybe the direction “North” has some kind of significance or maybe this is a veteran from “The War of Northern Aggression.”

Proof, and I saw the playlists in Halo 3 in 2009, (2 years after release) It had more matchmaking players than Halo 4 does now.

Even at worst, a hundred thousand population of players is far from bad.

Fangirls incoming!
