So with only a few months to launch, 343i hasn’t released any information or footage regarding this gamemode and I’m starting to get worried, with 343s focus on Arena, Warzone and Campaign and the exclusion of split-screen, it’s possible that it may not make an appearance on launch but could be included in the free DLC (coming the weeks after the launch). What do you guys think?
Forge maps were featured in the Beta, it’s going to be available at-launch (with a lot of improvements, judging by the maps). 343i has told us many times that they will talk about Forge at a later date, just be patient.

Pax Prime is August 28-31. I would expect to hear about its new features there.

Yes, it was. Battle of Harvest and all that.
It is in, there were maps in the Beta that were made with Forge, and 343i even confirmed that we will be able to use different lighting setups.
Although people make super fun maps and gamemodes for everybody to try, they want to take it out.
Seriously, this shouldn’t be a question. It will be in the game.
