Is Diamond 3 good?

So I am rank Diamond 3 in Swat. Is that good? Does anyone know how many people are in Diamond 3?

I worked my way up from platinum to diamond 5 now in swat.
Some games I dominate and others is a struggle to go even.
So who knows if diamond is good or not. I have a friend who won 4/10 placement matches with negative k/d and was placed in onyx. His gamertag is xespada117 see for yourself he loves to brag now but I know I’m better lol

Diamond is pretty high up there, just under Onyx (which is under Champion).

Honestly Swat Diamond is pretty much mediocre. Swat is the easiest Onyx you can get.
