I believe so, unless 343 changed this since the PAX build. Both Locus AND Deadeye helmets were usable in that build and they were not the pre-order versions as they had either completely different skins or no skin at all. It’s worth nothing though that the requirements could be particularly high to unlock them, but if you have a helmet skin code you’ll have that version from the get-go.

well im thinking all the armour/skins can be obtained without pre-ordering just any one who does happen to pre-order wil get it before you

on the third pic, i’m just going by the fact that none of pre order skins appear

I heard they were releasing the pre-order bonuses as future Dlc. Can anyone confirm this?

I think it’s Pre-Order only for now, I’m SR-75 and I can’t even see it.
SR130 here, not an unlockable as this time, exclusive only and should remain that way. Kinda defeats the exclusive part, if unlocked or sold as DLC

to be fair they only said the ‘skin’ was pre-order exclusive, so the actual armor and helmet models could be released with different skins.

I’d like to see the pre-order bonuses released to purchase, I’d pay for it and from what I’ve read so would many others. I think that the exclusive armor/skins from the LE and CE should remain exclusive though.
