Is 343 working on a fix for the company roster friend list? It will only show you if the members are online if you go and add each individual as a friend. This defeats the entire point of having a company roster since that is what we had to do before the introduction of the company roster. Thus, the update really did not add any value what so ever (although fixing it would add tremendous value). Adding 100 people is a tedious task, ESPECIALLY since members of the company are constantly changing. We have no way of knowing who we need to add/remove in cases like that.
