You can report anything you deem suspicious to XBL. I recommend including the URL from the game in question or the url for footage from theatre, you can do this using the XBox App on Windows 10.
Cheating is certainly possible, but its pretty rare. As said above I’d try to go into theater and see whats going on. I would also look a little further into the players and maybe see if they are just smurfs. It could have been lag as well. Also for future reference there is a Scattershot on The Rig. Its located just below long hall.
Oh I didn’t think it was lag. The problem is I was killed with scattershot but it showed BR on kill feed. I understand it is rare but I have played thousands of games and never experienced this.
Did you record it?
Thats weird I have never had any problems with the matchmaking. Maybe it was your connection

That’s just happens sometimes. I get grenade kills by shooting wraiths/scorpions with my BR/DMR at the same time the guy plants the grenade. And of course to date; no one has modded the xbox one.

From your description, it sounds like a bunch of new accounts and they were lagging, but it’s always better to post clips to be sure.
Cheating is possible in any game, and there’s always kinds of people who find enjoyment in ruining the fun from other players.
No it is not possible
I cheat all the time by looking at my friend’s screen when we’re facing each other.
I don’t feel good about it but I do it anyway.

I wouldn’t say it’s rare. The amount of instances that someone could potentially run into boosters on infected, or farmers on WZ/BTB are still substantial enough to potentially cause a problem.
(I have proof of people boosting in infected, but I’m not going to post it publicly due to that calling out rule on forums) If you really want it, just ask me for it in a message. I promise I won’t bite.

Boosting/farming are both forums are cheating. “Cheating” isn’t exclusive to game/consule modifications that give you an unfair advantage. (i.e. mod menus in COD)
I’ve always considered boosting to be cheating. It’s also pretty lame and for scrubs

I don’t see boosting as cheating but a unsporting behaviour/conduct where some people have fun by ruining other people’s fun.
