As of right now, yes, Certain Affinity is creating Forge. As far as control of it after release? That’ll probably be 343’s job.

Yes, I believe that Certain Affinity will be creating the Forge environments. Not sure about the pieces and such, though.

I watched the forge video and I heard Max talking and then the other dude the was explaining things the whole video said Max is who gives him his paycheck so I figured they had a large chunk of contributions to the forge.
