Laughing: Because of how terribly 343i has done to the Halo franchise. Whether it be the issues with the campaign (well for some of us), multiplayer/match making, or Spartan Ops. The unbalanced weapons (looking at you battle rifle). To joining games in progress that puts you into matches you don’t want.
Crying: For the same reasons as above but taking it a bit harder.
Bungie has every right to be crying because despite the number of people whining about weapon balance and custom games, Halo 4 is already better than Reach ever was.
The campaign is probably the worst aspect for me. Only reason I haven’t traded it in yet is because I like the Spartan Ops. I don’t play much match making, but when I do it is pretty much only Oddball.

Maybe some of the developers, but the owners are probably -Yoinking!- up a sandy right now.
Honestly it kinda is Bungie’s fault Halo 4 turned out the way it did. If Bungie didn’t screw up so bad with Reach, Halo 4 wouldn’t have as much crappy features as it does now. 343 didn’t have to keep the stuff Reach introduced, but I can understand why they did, it’s safer that way. You’d piss a lot of people off if you introduce new game mechanics in one game then take it out in the next. You could compare Bungie and Halo to George Lucas and Star Wars.
