Is Boulevard even in the BTB rotation?

I’ve been playing BTB almost every day since the community maps were added and I haven’t seen Boulevard once. I’ve gotten everything else at least 5 times each, but not Boulevard for some reason.

(Boulevard is the asymmetrical nighttime urban map)

I’ve gotten Boulevard quite a bit, I’ve seen Eagle Square only once, though.

I’ve only played it like twice but it’s one of my favorite maps on there
