I’m fairly confident that blind is NOT required. It wasn’t required in Reach and I’m pretty sure it’s the same in H4.
Well Im part of the ARG and the person that 343 gave the code to, ALL skulls means ALL, yes you need blind, That’s why there is an A in it not LSSO (Legendary Some Skulls ON)
Also All skulls are in the unlock picture and 343 them selves told me yes you NEED ALL SKULLS, so indeed you must use all skulls.

There were some initial issues with unlock system, but they should be ironed out. A few folk got the code with blind and some without doing all missions, but it should now (as Duranu said) require all skulls and all missions

Oh, good. It was kind of annoying to finish LASO and then see all these people getting it for free.
OT: Blind is required. If you have a hard time without a crosshair, just use some tape and put your own little crosshair on your TV screen.

people! read! YOU DONT NEED BLIND for the laso code! i just completed the campaing with all skulls but blind, also, didnt watch any cutscene, still the code works!

Yes you DO NEED BLIND, IT IS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM. Not everyone gets it without Blind, 343 said they fixed this glitch a month ago, Dont Necro a Thread Its people like you not doing LASO the legit way that makes this emblem almost pointless to have. I respect the people Like myself that Have earned the Emblem, not the people that get it from a glitch. This is the FAQ

No one cares about your “respect” or doing it the “legit way.” They aren’t asking if it was meant to be done without Blind; all they want to know is if it will work without it.

i highlighted the important part as you seem to have missed the whole point of his post.
I can say with absolute assurance that it is not required. I only did the first mission with blind.

Like I have said before, Congratulations The <mark>glitch</mark> in the unlock system worked for you. BLIND IS the real requirement, Just because YOU and some others HAPPENED to unlock it without blind doesnt make that the REAL requirement. Many others have tried to do it without blind and they didnt get the emblem, That is because the glitch didnt work for them and they must do it the real way. Congratulations on making the illegitimate LASO list.

Yeesh. I only did it without Blind because the buddy I was doing it with kept complaining.
