I have one weapon that I need to master for covenant weapon mastery but not sure what the last one is. Is it the beam rifle?

No. The beam rifle is a kitten weapon.

All the covenant weapons use plasma and they have a % bar instead of ammo.

Except the carbine, and the needler, and the fuel rod, and the plasma caster, and about half of the weapons…
