So this has been a problem since Halo 5 came out, but is there anything that can be done to recover lost req packs?
For example:
I completed Wheelman master ; opened the pack and was told: “We cannot open this pack right now.”
I little later I try again and I get: “This pack was already opened” and then it deletes itself and I get nothing. I checked my stuff to make sure that I got nothing, no emblem or anything.
Later it happened again with a regular commendation pack and a level up pack when I reached lvl 71.
This is getting very frustrating as my work gets erased for no reason and I don’t even know what causes this to happen.
Do you have the revolve emblem unlocked? Also if that happens again do Hard restart on your Xbox. when you get the req pack already opened messages the items are added to your req pool.
I’ll have to check again later in the morning. I’ll respond to this again when I find out.
Same to losing my packs. Do not know whats wrong but hopefully this gets fixed.
However I DO NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING when I check my unlocks. I have a list of how many items i got/need,( example i have 155/220 helm) and the numbers have not changed for anything.
