im trying to message the modmail bot on the halo discord server and it keeps saying “Your message could not be delivered. This is usually because you don’t share a server with the recipient or the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends. You can see the full list of reasons here:” when im apart of the server does anyone know another way to contact staff/mods?
Apologies for the very late reply - no, the Waypoint forums here have no connection to Discord’s Modmail bot. In order to be able to send messages to Modmail you need to enable DMs/Private messages for the Halo server. once you do that you’ll be able to send a message through.
