Is anyone going to have the LOCUS helmet?

I just wanted to know if anyone was getting the LOCUS helmet as a pre-order bonus because I’m willing to trade deadeye for it.

That’s supposed to be a Skin only.

If I officially find out my favorite helmet is a retailer preorder, I’m going to be mad.

The preorder bonus says it’s a skin, and has an X on it. In-game, there’s no X on it. Which must mean the helmet itself is not retailer preorder. But it sure does sound like it’s that way >:{

I doubt its retail exclusive. they probably just get early access to it plus the skin.

Furthermore, BS Angel said that no preorder has unique armour (only skins).

if you look at the armory videos you will find that there is only LOCUS no locus with skin and that is what confuses me the most.

yea but those were old builds. I hope they cleaned it up alot because that was just horrible the way it was set up.

the pre order is only a skin for the helmet. I’m going to use the locus helmet in halo 4 all the time because it reminds me of the aliens from aliens vs. predator which I used to play all the time back in the day.

I believe its a stand alone, along with Scanner, Deadeye, and Strider.

  1. It’s just a skin, not a helmet you are receiving. You may get to wear the helmet with the skin right away, but that’s like Reach’s Recon helmet with its 1 variant being from a limited supply of release copies and the 2 in-game earned variants.
