I’ve played about five or six matches of Halo yesterday after the reset time and still haven’t unlocked the sixth reward in the line up. I just played three matches today after the reset time and still nothing.
Sorry if this has already been addressed before or is a known issue but I was hoping to earn the one utility option I have had access to since playing this game and it appears I will miss out on it because reward unlocks are currently glitched for me.
That sucks, no idea. What are you using as the reset time? I’ve got all 10 rewards although I’ve only played 1-2 games most days. Few days I’ve played before and after the reset to bash two out in one day when I’ve had holiday plans.
I was told 1PM my time zone (EST) was the reset time. I’ve played games both before and after that time. Nothing.
Are you using quick resume? If so, that might be the reason why it isn’t unlocking for you .
What do you mean by quick resume? You mean just letting the game find another match without backing out?
Are you playing on Xbox? If so is it a series X? If so there is a feature called quick resume on the new console that allows you to have multiple games running at the same time. Essentially the game doesn’t turn off even though you aren’t playing it.
This can cause some trouble with updating things like challenges or even letting you play matchmaking at all, from my experience. You might have to reset the game and then play another game for the daily Winter Contingency reward to unlock. Of course, if you are playing on PC or Xbox One, the whole “quick resume” thing doesn’t really apply to you. In that case, I would also recommend restarting your game and seeing if that helps at all. 
Yeah I’m on PC. I always shut my computer off after I properly close out the game. I don’t know what it could be at this point. Thanks for the tips though.

Having the same issue says I completed all rewards yet can’t get the Santa hat to unlock
