Is anyone else still having issues with MCC or is it just me?

I of course have submitted tickets, I just wanna know if there are other people also experiencing issues or if I’m all alone.

  • Despite one of the recent updates addressing CGB crashing issues, I’m still crashing. Weirdly it’s only happening for Halo 3. Every other game is fine. And yes my game is up to date.

  • My keybinds seem to be resetting upon every launch of the game. And yes I am clicking “save settings” after I make changes.

  • Often when I try to open the Text Chat box and chat with other players, it won’t open even though I’m pressing the Text Chat keybind. And yes I have tried using different keys.

I still get a random crash in H3, mostly BTB, and I am pretty sure it has to do with the skins as I don’t get them when I have them off. I mostly play BTB or FFA when playing H3 and it doesn’t seem to be any particular map or any particular skin or anything. It seems completely random. I know turning them off will make the crashes go away but it seems pretty rare so I still tolerate them.

I got a random crash in Halo Reach prop hunt customs in a private lobby with me and my friends.

I used to have crashes on Halo 3, when I played on an XB1 X. Since I made the switch to a Series S, I have not experienced one. If I may ask, what system are you playing on?

An OG Xbox one, with just the 500gig hard drive.

I hate to say this, because the game started on Xbox One, but it does run much smoother on the current gen.

Agreed. I have not had a crash for such a long time now playing on my Series X.

Well I mean, I’m on PC.

It was all smooth sailing until Halo 3 got added to the CGB, then after that point Halo 3 in particular became unstable and I started crashing whenever I played it despite playing on the same hardware I’ve played on since Day One of MCC being on PC.
