Hello for some reason at ,6:00 Saturday 8/20/2016 U.S east coast time , Halo 5s servers started to randomly kick me and my siblings from matches without the Xbox one being disconnected from my WI-FI connection and anytime I try to invite someone to a fireteam it will give the notification that “your fireteam has changed” and it would send me back to the main menu. This issue has not affected any other games I own . I have scoured the Internet and have found other players with the same symtoms I have and I have also found players who are not having issues. So please support members could you answer and possibly fix this issue PLEASE?

I’m hardwired to xbox with high speed 75mps and the last few days I have been dropped from many games due to connection issues with the servers… so annoying.
I mean I’m hardwired directly from the modem I took the router out of the loop and still been getting dropped from games.
I have xbox one with 500gb and it’s maxed out - maybe that’s the issue?
I’m getting the new xbox s 2TB version within the next week or two - perhaps that will solve the issue.
If I’m still dropping after all these upgrades on devices and connections - it’s on them!
Yeah I have not been having issues with any other games witch makes me think that it is the servers but I watched a youtube stream yesterday and i asked in the chat if anyone else was having issues and they almost all said no.
Of the last 10 attempted games 6 of them I got dropped at various stages which sucks!!
I was having issues in the past using Wi-Fi so I hard wired to the router (which is suppose to be a really good one designed for high speed but it’s a POS)
So I just hard wire to the modem and was working great till lately…
So this is giving me the go ahead green light to get the new xbox s 2TB edition.
Yes I don’t have issues with other games nor halo in campaign mode it’s just the multiplayer
I’ve been kicked by the servers from 2 games in the last 24 hrs now so need to take a break for a few days to avoid the banhammer

Where are you located at?
Also try going hard wired to your xbox and verify your Nat is set to Open. Also do a hard reset start to your xbox and power cycle your modem and router.

I had one really laggy game of Super Fiesta today. It’s not typical, and I use a wired connection and “focused” matchmaking preference. It was only one game, though; maybe someone on the other team was manipulating something. Every other game I played was fine and lag-free. I experienced no disconnects.

I would like to inform all of the people that looked at this forum I wanted to give you an update saying that my issues have been resolved after connecting an Ethernet cable to my xbox 1 aka hardwiring it which fixed my issues. Most likely what caused my issue was that my xbox one was disconnecting from the wifi and immediately reconnecting to it during long games like warzone or big team battle. Any how my issues are fixed and I would like to thank the person who said to " go wired " I have forgotten who this was but thank you for your help it was much appreciated.
