I play on the OG Xbox One, just fired up Infinite for the first time in about a week and in the menu it looked like my Spartans animations were smoother than usual, but I thought I was just tripping and I started up a Fiesta match.
For the first time, I loaded in so slowly that the match started while I was still in the loading screen, then when I tried moving it almost made me sick because my framerate seemed to wildly fluctuate between 30 and 60 FPS or something.
I see ghost images when I turn, there’s a massive input delay that makes the game basically unplayable, and I just saw my Spartan’s animations drop to like 15 FPS when I died. I have no idea what the hell is going on because I never had this issue in the flights or during launch week.
I was content with playing the game at 30 FPS and getting a playable game, but now it seems like the game is suddenly trying to brute force 60 FPS for some reason.
