So every time I try and open MCC I get and error message, for some reason? I thought, maybe it would work with mods enabled and yes it works, for some reason it’s just the base version that isn’t working. If someone could give me a tip or something, please and thank you!

Yes go to the support page of the forums lots of users are reporting this. You should fill out a ticket on the halo waypoint support page and include a screenshot and any other information you can. The more unique tickets the better so if you let friends are also experiencing this make sure to have them also submit a ticket.
