The AR looks good, I’m looking forward to it.
Close range it takes the shield off faster than other weapons, so teams that are all together and organise strategies tend to use different weapons to compliment each other, giving easier kills for the team.
I might use the Assault Rifle on occasion. Sounds so awesome.
I will try the ones that aren’t the AR.
Im using AR I love that thing, + It actually can kill + has range. Saw someone beat a BR with it.
In smaller Maps, Yes. Big maps, No. I’m going to be using the AR and the DMR at the same time with the Firepower package.
I will depending on map at first, then as i get the firepower tactical package, i will be using both ar, sr or suppressor along with, br, dmr, carbine or lightrifle

I think I’m going to rock it with the classic AR for a good bit.
I won’t use it as my primary, but I will probably use it with the DMR using firepower.
I used to hate the AR in matchmaking because it was just flat out goofy, but now I dislike it because it’s overpowered. I’ve played hours of Multiplayer and haven’t fired a single AR bullet. It kills way too fast.
I’ll definitely will use it from time to time…
i will use the supressor, its soooooooo sleek and shiny! :o i will likely stick with it
Assault rifle no matter the map, its lethal at close range and effective in burst for medium range.
I’m definitely using the Assault Rifle for one of my loadouts. I discovered that in Halo: Reach while using an Assault Rifle and hitting an enemy from behind the target usually can’t react to the spray of fire in time. It’s definitely not a FFA weapon so I’ll only be using it in Team Slayer.
As for the Storm Rifle, I think I’ll have to wait and see whether it is good at taking out shields or not. For the Suppressor, I’ll have to see how it does against the Assault Rifle.
I always find myself winning against a DMR while strafing with an Assault Rifle. Don’t get me wrong though I do like precision weapons, it’s just you don’t have to try that hard to get a kill with an Assault Rifle. With precision weapons (especially the DMR and Needle Rifle) you need to time your shots and concentrate and I’m just too stubborn and impatient to concentrate.
