at first everybody was concerned about 343 making the new halo games but now i don’t hear anybody even talking about it.
does this even concern anybody anymore?
my personal opinion is that i hope it is a great game but i don’t think it will be because most of the new features in multiplayer and a lot of the features carried over from reach.
Because 343 proved that they’re more than capable of carrying on the torch. They’re a fantastic developer. You can tell. Halo is in good hands.
I have a little faith in 343’s vision when it comes to competitive multiplayer and since I don’t care about campaign and Spartan OPs so yes.
The only thing bothering me is the join-in-progress games.
I don’t want to ever do it and I don’t want people joining my games either.

Not saying that until I play the game.

When?
If you take a look at the forums, not everyone. Me?
I’m confident that it’s going to be great.
I know 343 knows what’s up. Halo 4 will rock the socks of the world.
> Because 343 proved that they’re more than capable of carrying on the torch.
I can see lipstick on 343’s -Yoink- cheek.
Well to be honest when I first heard about ordinance drops and custom loadouts my face was like >:( but then when I saw some game play my face was like =D so I am no longer concerned. Actually I can’t wait for the game to come to be honest.

Nice um…catchphrase???
Anyway I shall save my final judgement for the game, but so far it looks promising.
for everybody saying that 343 already proved themselves i would disagree whit this because all they proved is that they had enough respect for halo ce not to change anything and just upgrade graphics and add terminals and skulls but making a new game is different so halo cea would not affect my opinion of halo 4
and for the person who voted for not even going to get it why are you on halo 4 forums?

When did they prove they’re even remotely capable? when they hired another company to make CE:A? When they made that -Yoink!- Halo Legends? 343 has yet to prove themselves, and about half of the things I see being shown with Halo 4 just make me think they have no idea what they’re doing.

In my point of view they have. How? Community. They’ve put community first and community is one of the biggest and most important factors when creating a Halo game. They’ve listened to us(At least those of us that had a good point). And just by looking at the game, you can see just how much detail and work they’ve poured into this game. They’re even rewarding you for going the extra mile by reading the books, and because of that, they’re finally connecting the entire Halo Universe in this one game. If you ask me, they’ve done a stellar job.
I am NOT judging Halo 4 in any way, it’s obviously not time for that yet. But if you ask me, yes, 343 has in fact succeeded in carrying the torch.
MY opinion.

Legends was not bad. it was just…different. I liked most of it. And why must you all blame 343? It’s really not their fault that Halo got an anime makeover. Microsoft just wanted an extra buck or two so they teamed up with Warner Bros. 343 barely had anything to do with it.
