Every thing in halo multiplayer is lore based… Its war games and whats up with this announcer? The guy who say killibg spree, rampage, distraction, etc and etc. Is he a person in a room watching the spartans in stimulation and making announcements?

As far as i am aware, UNSC inf-201 INFINITY has only 1 AI “Roland”.

The announcer is a War Games A.I. that runs and commentates the Arena simulations.

Roland’s a Smart AI though, Grim could easily just create one named Jeff and designate him as a dumb AI. It’d fit pretty well.
