Can’t for the life of me get this achievement when I’ve done it to the letter. I snipe the last enemy, the music starts and the marines/next wave move in but no pop. Not even on Waypoint so it’s not like Generous Tipper where Steam just doesn’t register it.
Having the same problem, tried it on all difficulties, with both graphics versions.
It doesn’t unlock it even if you have the achievement on Xbox. Something is wrong with it.
Just tried this as well on the Steam version and didn’t get anything even on Legendary being undetected (on Xbox I have this already) so I am assuming its another one of those bugged achievements not syncing correctly from your Xbox Account, since I already have every achievement for CE on Xbox (got my last one on PC a couple days ago).
Had this in the original CE remastered, cannot get it to work on the steam MCC version. Tried all graphics settings, normal and legendary. Very frustrating.
It’s bugged. I have it on Xbox Live. I got some achievements on Steam, and they didn’t op up on Xbox Live.
I been trying to two hours. I have 100% done it at leasty 6 times, more like 10. It won’t pop on Xbox PC
I tried probably 6-8 times today on PC and was not able to get this to unlock. I watched a video to make sure I was understanding the achievement correctly, and yeah, seems to be bugged. I have the game via the Microsoft Store from my XGPU subscription.
I think a few achievements are still bugged out hard. I was getting completely random Par Score/ Par Time achievements coming through for levels I wasn’t even playing, so I can assume some bugs weren’t ironed out before launch. I can assume some fixes will come through the pipeline in due time, but for now all we can do is bump this thread

Same problem, glad it isn’t just me. I’d say yes it’s bugged cause like you, I’ve completed it a couple times, once on normal, a few times on legendary. No pop

Yeah score and time register the wrong achievements on steam. If you complete each level though you’ll get them all and you’ll get the final 20 GS achievement. Use the in game achievement list options & career -> career -> achievements to figure out which ones you need to do. The in game achievements unlock correctly.
Alternatively you can check via the xbox companion app that the correct achievements are unlocking and that it’s just steam that’s messing up. I think what happened is the achievements in steam are labeled incorrectly.

I think the concerning distinction is that those achievements are issues with Steam tracking, which are unlocked properly irregardless on MCC.
“All According to Plan” doesn’t just not pop because, like Tip of the Spear par time, Steam isn’t tracking it properly, the MCC itself isn’t even tracking it.

I had this problem and it was fixed by turning off DNS filtering. If you have DNS filtering going on and you don’t want to turn it off, you need to white list 4 sites listed in the FAQ.

same for me, I’ve met the requirements multiple times and it wont unlock on any platform. Steam still shows 0% have unlocked and achievement tracking sites have no registered unlocks for days now. The achievement is clearly bugged, which stinks as its the last one I need for CE. Only thing we can do is hope they fix it soon.
Goat Roped, Pacifist, Wraith Hunter, All according to plan, No pain no gain, and Airborne are all bugged. Get on it 343 this is basic

There are a lot of bugged achievements right now. I usually just wait a few hours, and it should pop.

Do par time and score for all levels following in game achievements as a guide, that’s what I did then you’ll have them all on steam too
