This is a thread I’ve been watching, and have interacted with, its grown in a great way, its creative, and thoughtful. I think its a great idea.
And personally I’m glad someone made a thread like this, good threads are hard to come by and it would be nice to have a place filed with them.
There are some good topics but most of them are discussing the same thing over and over and over.

I think 34i3 is hanging on every word because you can see this in the way they are happy to fulfil every body’s wish! Like generating the widest sandtrap ever seen in a Halo to include Battle Rifles and Digital Marine Rifles all in the same game! This is the same brave and coward-heartened approach they took to Reach matchmaking and all it ever does is result in smiling fans, so we can salute their hard works.

And for that, we will remember them as some of the bravest and most patient souls to ever tread the Internet.
BEST IDEA I’VE HEARD THIS WEEK: Big city map with a gametype that is all Falcons/Hornets.
The grandest idea I have was some guy saying we should have a classic BTB playlist. If there was a Nobel prize for great Halo 4 ideas that guy would win it.
Of course but we are but one arm of the community. At the end of day, it’s all about making a great game based on solid game design and not so much reliance on fan input to the point they are making the game instead. Remember, some want the game to revert back to CE, some to 2, some to 3 and so forth. Very conflicting views, very tough to please one crowd and not piss off the other. IMO, games become watered down trying to please everyone but that’s just me.
Of course, ignoring said arms is not the way to go IMO though i am sure 343 isn’t doing that.
