Okay, so the crimson map pack was released today and if you’ve noticed; It’s not available for those who purchased the map pass. Only those purchasing currently with MS Points. 343, we invested our money in your game, and paid IN ADVANCE for your map packs. Why is it that we don’t have access to the maps yet, but the people that haven’t committed do? I mean really, at least have some respect for the halo players that pre-invested and give us early access or at least same-time access as the rest of the community. After doing such a pitiful job with this horrid excuse for a halo game I was hoping you would do something right. But nope, you take out KoTH (which I almost had maxed out). You take out snipers (because snipers is too much fun and the community definitely shouldn’t be enjoying themselves, obviously.). And you don’t let us download the maps we paid for in advance. This game’s been out for a month and it’s a brave statement to say you’ve made a miniscule step in the right direction with this game. I know that all you gaming company are money absorbed, but think of it like this. You made money off of halo 4, but will you make anywhere near as much off of Halo 5 and 6 if you don’t make the community like this game? I wish you would’ve just shipped out guns instead of halo 4 copy’s so then I could shoot myself. Because when I place your game in my console, that’s the only desire I feel.

I can understand your frustration, but this is an Xbox support issue.
343 send the content to Microsoft for approval, it’s then up to Microsoft to distribute it correctly.

I know that the DLC problem IS REALLY BAD but hey, Halo 4 is amazing! Probaly the best Halo. I am just gonna wait now…

They remove the playlists hardly anyone is playing.
This is Microsoft/Xbox Live’s issue, NOT 343’s.
Why are people so silly on these forums? This is Microsoft’s problem. 343 made the map pack, they then send it to Microsoft. Microsoft will then approve the item and release, at this point in time, 343 has no control over it. Just like the overspecialization’s thing this is Microsoft’s problem, not 343’s.
If Halo 4 is a horrid game, why is everyone playing it? I love it. I wish I had the maps but I’ll just take a shower or go run some errands. No biggie they’ll fix it
xbox live support is saying its not on them they have no answers for why map pass is not avalible. Can u say 343 and xbox is passing the buck on each and every issue that has come up with halo 4. Bad business in my opinion.

Exactly! I think my forehead may be red from all the facepalming that I’ve been doing.
So I like how everyones blaming 343 for an unforeseen technical difficulty. It makes this community look really stupid to freak out over technical difficulties. Just relax and play another playlist for a while while they fix it.
I understand that this is a -Yoink!- issue, but i don’t understand how hard it is to test the system prior to the release in order to insure that everything is operating as planned.
I am truly begining to think that there was not one aspect of this game that was tested properly. even the functionality of the map pass. pretty sad.
343 has pull with Microsoft NOT US so we complain here. 343 is losing costumers not Microsoft(everyone just going to another game).so i think this is perfect place to complain. flamers should stop beating people up for venting there frustrations on a problem that should have been foreseen by 343 and Microsoft. 343 has yet to fix customization codes and we r all frustrated. so keep those complaints coming looking forward to reading them all as i get closer and closer to leaving halo for good.

I feel as though 343i have taken all the money from sales, gone to the bank and exchanged it all for rolls of quarters, then proceeded to -Yoink!- bang us all with said roll.
i love how your all convinced its a ms issue it most certain isnt lol. its 343 adding to their list of problems since launch. imo that company needs to cut some jobs fast before this game gets as popular as guitar hero
