IS 343 IGNORING THE FACT THAT I CANT PLAY??

So for the past 4 days i havent been able to play halo 5 multiplayer either arena or warzone, i always get the same message than i am unable to match with anyone, it has never done this before i live in Cali i have restarded my router, hard reset my xbox and dont know what to do anymore if i cant play anything then whats the point of owning this game anymore 343 is starting to dissapoint me me for not getting back to me about this

I’m in CA also and am getting all kinds of grief since the updated. Unfortunately 343 has no customer support. Try Microsoft Support.

Yeah, the same thing happened to me. I hard reset my console, disconnected from then reconnected to my home network, restarted my router, signed out and signed back in, and cleared my MAC address, but nothing has worked for me. The only game that works on my main account now is Black Ops 3; I’ve been forced to make a secondary account just to play Halo.
It may have something to do with reputation, since mine plummeted to “avoid me” overnight earlier this week, right before the GOM update came out. I contacted Microsoft about this yesterday, but I’m still waiting to hear back.
