Is 343 disillusioned with season 2 and repeating past mistakes?

So far everything I’ve heard from 343 with regards to fixes and content etc have been wait for season 2.

Alot of the issues that were facing in this game have come from mismanagement of time or the inability to correctly estimate the time to completion of a certain thing. This has lead to delays, lack of content, lack of a pricing model that works, etc.

So here’s my question:
Do you think 343 is serious about season 2 having the answers to most of the obvious concerns in the game right now or Are they stalling for time?

they seemed pretty confident on credits being in the season 2 battle pass so i think that might help solve a bit of the shop’s issues. And when looking at how 343 changed the Tenrai event’s rewards, I don’t think it would be hard to add credits to the season 2 battle pass even for 343.
