Prior to halo 4’s release, people were upset that the “exclusives” to the limited edition were released to the standard edition (specializations). The buyers of the LE were canceling pre-orders and complaining until their faces fell off. The buyers of the SE didn’t seem to be bothered by this at all.
I would just like to point out the irony of this situation. The LE buyers are now content while the SE buyers are complaining into oblivion. I don’t even understand why they are complaining. They have to understand that initially, they weren’t even supposed to receive the specializations in the first place. People have to realize that the specializations are a gift. They shouldn’t be ungrateful seeing as they wouldn’t of gotten them in the first place.
I would just like to point out that there will always be complaining. Try not to escalate it by arguing with the complainers. It will only make it worse.
It wasn’t as if SE players weren’t going to get all the Specs, it was just that they were going to have to wait for the staggered release of them on 343s timetable. Which would have been considerably more than a single month.
And I’m sure that somewhere out there, a handful of SE players are very thankful.
Remember that this is only for those that played before the 20th. All those who get it at christmas or whenever is going to have to deal with 343’s drawn out release of the specs. Im glad they gave out the specs though cause after blocking myself off from halo info, I had no idea the specs were gonna be held back and had I known, I would’ve jumped for a LE.
I personally think anything in any form of limited edition game should be cosmetic/real life stuff. People are stuck at level 70 because they didnt buy the LE and havnt recieved their codes yet. The LE is limiting their progress.

Im in a demographic that got kind of screwed over.I bought the special console which I adore bit for some reason it only came with the standard version of the game.
