May want to go into detail
If it’s purely cosmetic, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But this most likely won’t happen, and I could think of better armors I’d rather see.
Ehhh, I’ll have to go with no on this one. I’d rather we have armours that look like they fit in the Halo universe, like in Halo 3 and Reach, rather than just copy stuff from movies and whatnot.
It’d look cool for posing, but Tony Stark doesn’t wield actual guns, and he can fly, the iron man suit would just look weird wielding an AR.
Hayabusa worked because it was still mostly Spartan armor.
I would like a helmet with eyeslots, would be pretty neat.
No. Never. Halo is Halo, not Marvel.
Maybe a lookalike suit, a la Venator.
Yeah, I’m thinking that would be way too expensive in terms of licensing that into the game.
Besides, it doesn’t really seem to fit into Halo that well which, actually come to think of it, is rather odd.

And technically, we do have an Iron Man suit. It’s called our personal armor.

I forget when I mentioned this to BS Angel, either when Avengers or Iron Man 3, but I did say they should do a special Iron Man armour permutation.
She really liked the idea but said it wasn’t feasible with either the time or the licensing. Though I guess they wouldn’t need to do licensing if they just make something similar and not slap “OMG’s Iron man armours for you”.
I vote no… cross-marketing might be a good thing, but I think it will cause more trouble than its worth.
Besides, the appeal of Ironman is that the weapons are all in-suit… if you open it up to him, you open it up to every other suit of armor out there. Let’s not cheapen things too much…
