I can login to halowaypoint on my iphone, but it will show that i have no gametime. From there i can sign into the the online halo waypoint, but i can’t do anything with it other than that. Is there any assistance available?

Unfortunately it hasn’t been updated yet to support the Halo 4 Service Record.
In the meantime, I recommend that you download the Xbox Smartglass app for iOS, and from within that you can launch the “Halo 4 Stats” Smartglass experience app-within-an-app. It is a beautiful mobile Service Record which hopefully we will see integrated into an updated Waypoint app sometime soon!
