So I purchased Spartan Assault months ago and played it off and on but never finished it. I’ve been trying to get back into it for weeks on my iPhone 6S, but every time I try to open the app, it crashes. Every. Single. Time. I also purchased Spartan Strike, but I am able to open that without issue. Spartan Assault crashes the second after the opening “343 Industries” animation plays. I fear that if I delete it from my phone, I won’t be able to download it again as I have read reviews on the app store of people experiencing similar issues and not being able to redownload it.
So, can someone from tech support please respond with a solution? I contacted Apple a while back and they said I needed to contact the creators of the app. So I contacted Microsoft who said I needed to contact Apple since it was a problem with an iOS app. The “contact developer” link on the app description links you here to Waypoint, but it brings you to a homepage and gives no contact information for tech support.
