So in typical customer support fashion, I’ve been bounced back and forth between Apple support and Microsoft support each telling me that the other can help me, but they cannot. I have not been able to even open my Halo: SA app on my iPhone 6S for over a month now and I don’t know what to do. I paid for the bundle and I expect to be able to play what I paid for. Every time I open the app, the “343 Industries” intro video plays, and then the app force quits. Without fail, every. single. time. Microsoft support said that Apple support would be able to handle the situation as they “have the tools to do so”, but the App store says to contact the creator of the app DIRECTLY for any app issues. Unfortunately, the link on the app page is linked to the Halo Waypoint homepage, and the “contact us” link at the bottom of the page brings me back to none other than Microsoft Support who claims they can’t help me.
Please, can someone shed some light on what I’m supposed to do? Thanks in advance.
