Its been a few days but the app on my iPhone and iPad cannot retrieve my information. The app loads up fine but when it starts to load the profile info, it stops after a little while with a warning:
Profile Unavailable - We couldn’t retrieve your profile. Information such as your Spartan image, rank and BPR is unavilable.
This used to be fixed by logging out and logging in again, but now it doesn’t work no matter what happens.
Same as me probably not going to use it now till its fixed.
This has happened to me several times. Usually iOS keeps apps running indefinitely when you open them. So going in and killing the app and then restarting it typically fixes the problem for me. Might help if you haven’t tried that already.

That does not work.
Right Now waypoint has a lot of bugs, wich is updating near halo 4, so the things will improve, i guess it also improves the apps on IOS, Android, others.
Even after the website maintenance it’s still broken. Actually now it’s broken on IPad and iPhone
Was this during the maintenance? Because it’s working perfectly fine now.
I have the app on Android on my Samsung Galaxy SII and I’ve got the same problem. Won’t load and force closes.

It’s still not working. I have to sign out and sign back in for it to work. Even then, if I log on to my iPhone app then log onto the iPad, the iphone will stop working and vice versa.
The app is broken now.

Anyone else have problems watching waypoint videos now on IOS? My iphone won’t play videos that used to work since they upgraded waypoint a few days ago.
Seriously this is a big screw up. Will they ever fix this problem? I’m very disappointed, even tho it is a free app it shows a lack of care in not fixing the problem.
