I’ll shoot him with Mantis missiles and machine gun, but he will not die.He is still running towards me and if he is close enough I’ll stomp, but nothing, I can’t kill him. 90 percent of those players who are very hard to take down are from Mexico, Colombia or Brazil.
How this is possible and why such things happen?

I’ve noticed a heavy amount of players from Mexico and South America having unnatural abilities since Halo 3 was still played regularly online. I think they’ve probably just got a lot of modded consoles or otherwise really bad lag going on or something down there.
