I downloaded the flight test for Infinite last night and couldn’t test it until today. Upon loading the game, I’m given an error message that says, “Your account is not authorized to play the game.” The message I got here on Waypoint was a PC invite, but I’m not even opted in for PC because I don’t have one that can handle hefty games. It also says Halo 2 for some reason? I tried opening the link but it’s broken.
Moving on, I checked under “My Flights” on Insider, it says the flight test for console is active. But for some reason I’m still unable to get in. Is anyone else having this issue, and have you found a way to fix it? I already submitted a ticket on Halo Support so I’m waiting on an answer there. I hope I’ll be able to play before the flight test ends.

Same problem, reset did not work. However when I first opened Insider app the game did run, but the controls started glitching so I force closed it. Now it says I am not authorized.

I’ve seen some videos of people playing but idk why they are able to but the vast majority of people can’t. Even popular youtubers like the act man and hidden xperia aren’t able to play I don’t think cuz they haven’t released any videos on it

That’d be really weird if what Emory said is true considering the email states the flight is open 23rd to 26th and it’s now the 24th and people are still struggling to get in.
I am also having an issue with logging in to the steam version today, last night i played for over an hour and now it says my account is not authorized to play infinite. restarting my computer and steam does not work. anyone have a fix for this?
Trying myself - looked at a page and said the servers will be online from 5pm till 9pm tonight but it doesn’t work and have already tried to restart… this is my first time playing the flight.
