Invited to Flight but can't install game build

Hello, I was invited to the flight and I followed the instructions on installing the xbox insider hub program using my xbox live account and email that Halo Waypoint contacted me on. I did so, and when I went to go see the available insider content I had, all I had was the Minecraft for Win10 beta. I tried to click on the halo insider support link in the email, but all it says is access denied. Searching any word in the search engine does absolutely nothing, which is frustrating because I have no idea where to ask for help regarding this issue since I can’t even consult insider support. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and what can I do about this? Is there a way to ask a 343 dev or customer service directly? I was really hoping to test out Halo CE.

I appreciate the response.

The matter of the problem is that I can’t even install the game in the first place - it doesn’t appear anywhere in the Xbox insider hub for me to download the flight build.

my second email said was for steam. i cant help with that can you post your email? if steam version blur out key

i downloaded the app and it says the same thing. and it also says that the latest infomation was january 30th i dont think it came to xbox insider

I didn’t get a second email.

I guess it’s good to know other people are having the same trouble. Does anyone know if there’s any way to get in contact with the 343 studio developers?

If you can’t see the build in the Insider Hub then you’re logged in with the wrong email account.

Close down all the apps you have open and then open up the Xbox Console Companion app, if you don’t have it installed you can download it from the store.
If it’s not installed, then you’ll get a prompt to log in the first time you open it. Make sure to sign in with the GT you use for flighting.

If it is installed, then go to the setting section of the app (the very bottom “Cog” icon in the left hand menu). Click sign out under your account at the top and then log in with the correct account.

Once that’s done, load up the Insider Hub app account again and it should use your flighting account and you’ll be able to see the MCC Insider option
