My E-mail was both in the Halo Insider program and invited to the Halo Infinite Tech Preview, but I am completely locked out of the Halo Infinite Support Pages.
BECAUSE I AM LOCKED OUT OF THE INFINITE SUPPORT PAGES DESPITE BEING INVITED, I CANNOT SUBMIT A REQUEST TICKET OR DOWNLOAD HALO INFINITE TO ANY PLATFORM IN ANY WAY. IF THIS THREAD IS LOCKED/DELETED FOR NOT USING THE HALO INFINITE TICKET SYSTEM, IT WILL BE DUPLICATED AND THE ADMIN RESPONSIBLE WILL BE NOTIFIED.
Using this forum and the generic Support Page is my only way to even attempt to get let in again. When I visit any page on the Infinite support pages, I am just met with an “access denied” error. Not a special page, not an error popup. Just a completely featureless white page with the text “access denied” in Times New Roman.
Misidentified. The site is straight-up not online yet.
