Hi all!
I received a message notification saying that I have been invited to the Halo Infinite Multiplayer playtest, but there is no key to be found in the message. I tried activating the key from the last playtest but it says that another Steam account has claimed it. Anyone know what’s going on? 
Did you click on your profile and go to “Halo Insider”? That’s where the keys are stored, it should be at the very bottom.

Hello, I have the same problem, i received the two emails, the last one with the two links doesn’t work. No message in halowaypoint, no key in Halo Insider, and the first link from the last email sends me a “Unable to access the website beta.halowaypoint.com”, i can still access aka.ms/HaloSupportInsider though.Please help me :s:s

check at the bottom of the page while you are logged in and it should be there if you were invited.
Hello everyone! i’ve read that the key is at the bottom of the halo insider page but geez I am dumb I do not find it, the invite message sends me to the halo insider support front page with no key anywhere, can someone help?
I also check my profile and on the type of flight it says Xbox, does that mean I cannot play the beta on PC? I have my account setup for all ways but as it happens to be…I don’t have access to my xbox this weekend, only my gaming laptop T_T.
Does this mean I won’t be able to play?

Nothing…
I received the two emails inviting me to download the game, so i was invited…
Not getting the key there doesn’t mean I am not invited, it means that a problem happened on the service sending the keys to players who got invited
Why sending an email saying that you will get access to the game and one more email inviting you to click on a link to get the key and then not giving the access to the player?
Something happened on 343 industries system sending the keys, nothing more, nothing less.
