Invited but no code

Registered and performed all the steps required for flight testing, yet Im unable to proceed since I dont have an activation code.
Attempted to resolve the situation through “Halo Support”, but my request was deleted and I was never contacted on the matter.
Anyone else run into this issue and had it resolved?

I do believe the flight has ended now. If you didn’t register before the 13th of September you wouldn’t have received a code.

That’s the thing. I registered 7/29/21 and even received mail confirming the invite but no code was provided.
