Invert X-Y axis not applying to flying vehicles

I haven’t had any problems with inverting in the previous Halo games, however, in Halo 4 the flying vehicles (i.e broadsword) won’t invert.
It’s making it very difficult for me to control.

Invert flight controls is a separate setting in MCC

I haven’t had a problem when I was playing Halo 1 - 3 in MCC, it’s only in Halo 4. I couldn’t find the the settings for flight control

“Flight Inversion” under Settings, then hit X button while overtop of it to apply to all games.
