Now I don’t know weather or not there’s been topic’s about this before now ( there probably has ) but one thing I get tired of time and again is seeing someone’s spawn buddy leaving or even worse my own.
One of 3 things happen ;
1)Player gets spawn killed.
2)More teammates leave , which leads to further spawn killing and teammates ignoring the objective to avoid get spawn killed.
3)Game continues but the player has to ( if they die ) take about 30 seconds to reach the objective.
Now what does annoy me is the fact that this spawn killing happens to often , I’ve been on the receiving end of it and I have done it.I do know just how stressful it is for the players who it is happening to , but I also know they’d do the same to me.
There fore I’d like to suggest that 2 more additional spawns be added to each fire team in the invasion maps.This may seem abit out of hand , but I don’t like spawn killing and it take the fun out of the game.
On Boneyard , from the attackers point of view , your running into a hail of DMR shots which can kill you fairly quickly.This may lead to spawn killing , but if the fire team on the left side had an in door protection ( the little hut area ) this would decrease some spawn killing.
As for the middle fire team , I’d say put some spawns a little closer to either the left or right fire teams.
And lastly for the right fire team that spawns one the bridge area , they also have a hut.
Now just to point out , I’ve not fully thought this through , but it is troubling that even after 2 years nothing has been done to minimize this issue.
Please note this only currently takes Boneyard into consideration for this idea.
Now for anyone who thought TL;DR
Add an extra spawn for every fire team but only decreasing they’re disadvantages.
So thoughts ?
