If the options and objects in Forge allow us to tweak it we can still create an Invasion playlist. It just won’t have Elites.

Just because we no longer are able to play as Elites doesn’t mean they should just shaft Invasion. Custom Invasion gametypes are one of the best things added to Halo customs. Hopefully it makes a return in customs and forge at least.

Thank you. Been playing Halo since 1. I followed 3 and Reach pretty close but not 4 too much. Haven’t quite kept up to date. Thinking about pre ordering the LE, but this whole issue with the War Games Pass is kinda putting me off. I don’t want to get shafted out of content.

I don’t believe the Invasion settings are in Halo 4 to make something of the sort.

yeah things are looking a little bleak about that issue. I do believe everything will be available for purchase in the end anyway. -Yoink!- likes to milk what they can.

LOL, No, here on the forums they replace bad words with the word Yoink!. they did not remove assassinations, they added more actually. here’s a video of the new Objective assassinations.

Could easily be. Set up barriers and new items in other areas linked to an option stating,
- (Barriers) IF HILL 1 or HILL2 IS CAPTURED GOTO 2
- (Barriers) DELETE

Maybe, maybe not. However I doubt they are there if Invasion itself is not.
That short segment was awesome, Ninja. I really liked the oddball one, especially how the person disappears into that pixie dust when they die. Just flying into the air.

Infection didn’t exist in Halo 2, yet people still played it under the honour system.

Yeah that’s a little controversial and breaks canon IMO. Only Forerunner weapons should do that since they were designed to kill flood.

That is completely different. In Zombies, you kill someone, they had to switch. How do you impose an honor system of sorts in an Objective game? How do you plan to include section based loadouts and weapons drops with an honor system?
Good now we will finally have real BTB maps, instead of ones cantered to invasion that are terrible in BTB.
