Yeah. Like everything introduced with the Memories of Reach update, you can get it from regular Gold packs.

You also still get them from the Reach req pack, it will probably return to the store soon. You can also just buy the pack with real money from the Xbox Store.
but can you get the INTRUDER armor on platinum packs too ?
